75 acres (30 hectares) in an ideal climate, 500 meters high and next to the touristic municipality of Guayabo de Bagaces. It has 3 entrances: 1 at river level, another in the center of the property and another at the other end of the more than 1000 meters of public road frontage. Possibility of future segregation. Agriculture: 3,500 square meters dedicated to a sustainable vegetable garden and a variety of vegetables. 2 hectares of edible tropical forest, on the slope that goes down to the river. Nancy forest on the slope reserved for ecotourism that can also be exploited to produce wine. 3500 square meters of Cuba 22 grass for the Cattle.
